East-West Network Traffic – This is where data packets commute within the data center.High amounts would mean the network is slow which could also bring about slow downloads or spotty VoIP connections. The amount of data transferred between devices on your network affects the quality. It is broken down into data packets that are sent over a network before being reassembled by the receiving device. Network traffic is the amount of data that moves across your network at any point in time. A network is an interconnection of devices that share resources and communicate with each other.
